How fast is delivery?
Most gas and water orders in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman arrive within 30–45 minutes. Scheduled orders arrive inside your chosen slot.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the driver on arrival, or pay online by card at confirmation.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel free of charge any time before the driver reaches your door. Once the status is Arriving, call the driver directly.
Are the cylinders safety-checked?
Every cylinder is pressure-tested, sealed and safety-inspected before dispatch, and our drivers check the regulator connection on delivery.
