• Delivery details: the address, building, flat or villa number and map location you save or pin.
• Order details: products ordered, delivery slot, payment method and order history.
• Technical data: device, browser and log information used to keep the service secure.

• To accept, dispatch, deliver and invoice your orders.
• To share the minimum details a driver needs to reach you — name, phone number and address.
• To provide live tracking, delivery notifications and customer support.
• To detect fraud, keep accounts secure and meet UAE legal and safety obligations.

We share data only with the delivery driver assigned to your order, our payment and mapping service providers, and authorities where UAE law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

Order and account records are kept for as long as your account is active and for the period required by UAE accounting and tax rules. Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account information, or to stop marketing messages, by contacting our support team. Deleting your account does not remove records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
